Proudly privately owned and operated, KTH delivers high-quality Allied Health services across South West Sydney, with purpose-built clinics located in Gledswood Hills and mobile services extending throughout South West Sydney. Our team includes Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Behaviour Therapists and Psychologists all working together in a warm, collaborative environment. We support clients from early childhood through to adulthood, with a strong focus on children and young people aged 1–18 years. Our mobile team also provides services to schools, childcare centres, supported independent living (SIL) homes, and aged care facilities. Job Description We are looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our team Work with a diverse paediatric and adult caseload in our modern clinics, out in the community, or a mix of both. You will focus on building real-life skills and achieving meaningful, functional outcomes for the clients and families you support. Duties will include (depending on experience) Senior roles – provide mentoring and clinical supervision as required to junior colleagues and students to support the team. All roles – provide comprehensive assessment and intervention for children and adults to assist them in achieving their goals. Providing effective outcome-driven support and collaborating closely with participants, their families and carers to provide therapy support to identify the best course of action. Liaising with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriately needed. Working as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic client care. Assess communication needs and clearly communicate with clients and funding organisations (e.g. NDIS) within appropriate time frames. Participate in clinical reviews and supervision, ensuring service standards are met. Ensure high quality of service delivery and ongoing commitment to evidence based and ethical practice by implementing EBP3 principles.
