About the Role We are seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team full-time. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in Vietnamese cuisine who is ready to contribute to a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes Develop and update special menus for holidays and seasonal events Monitor inventory and maintain stock levels Ensure food quality, hygiene, and presentation meet company standards Supervise and train kitchen staff Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment Comply with all health and safety regulations Manage food costs and contribute to revenue control Handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively Address customer feedback and ensure satisfaction Collaborate with management on menu planning and kitchen operations Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 3 years of experience in Vietnamese cuisine A recognised qualification in commercial cookery or kitchen management (equivalent to Australian standards) Proven ability to manage kitchen operations and lead a team Strong inventory and cost control skills Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese Ability to work efficiently under pressure How to Apply If you meet the above criteria and are ready to bring your skills to a supportive and professional team, we’d love to hear from you.
