To learn more about life at Lendi Group, check out our blog: About The Role The Aussie Homes GTM encompasses both the Buyer’s Agent and Real Estate Agent Services propositions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Growth Product Manager to strengthen and optimise these propositions, ensuring they are positioned for maximum impact. Your time will be split approximately 50/50 between supporting the Agent Services business and driving the Buyer’s Agent proposition. Job Description Strategic Development: Own Aussie Homes marketing plan across buyer and real estate agent audiences, setting positioning, messaging and campaign priorities to effectively take the Aussie Homes proposition to market. GTM Coordination: Lead and coordinate go‑to‑market strategies for Aussie Homes, working across the growth team to align efforts and deliver cohesive outcomes. Content Creation: Develop high-quality, impactful content that drives engagement and positions Aussie Homes as a market leader. Include email content, social tiles, website, sales collateral – B2B and B2C (presentations, emailable PDFs, brochures for trade shows), webinars to drive leads (plus social strategies to promote webinars), blog content (collaboration with content writing team on blog topics). Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with the content and audience team, including the in‑house studio, to ensure consistent and compelling messaging and captivating designs that uphold the brand look/feel. Trade Marketing: Own trade and partnership marketing initiatives with external property partners, real‑estate agents, referral partners and industry events – from strategy to asset creation and on‑ground activation. Subject Matter Expertise: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs and competitive dynamics to shape marketing strategies. Performance Analysis: Use data‑driven insights to evaluate the success of campaigns and refine strategies accordingly. Qualifications Marketing experience: Proven experience in marketing with a focus on go‑to‑market strategies, campaign execution and cross‑functional collaboration. Industry expertise: Background in trade marketing within the real‑estate, property or financial services sectors. Campaign experience: Experience developing and executing campaigns for agent networks or channel partners, including lead generation and partner enablement programs. Technical proficiency: Proficiency with Canva, Campaign Monitor, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent CRM/automation system) and Google Analytics. Strategic thinking: Ability to translate business goals into marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, engagement and growth while maintaining brand consistency. Collaboration: Skilled in working with creative, sales, partnerships and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns that enhance performance and loyalty. Data interpretation: Strong ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Innovative thinker: Passion for fresh marketing ideas and digital engagement.
