What You’ll Do Take the helm of our end‑to‑end payroll process for a multi‑site, high‑energy business Navigate awards, agreements, and contracts with confidence Be the champion of our payroll and rostering system, the go‑to guide for payroll queries, ensuring answers are delivered with clarity and care Collaborate across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Ops to keep data sharp and communication flowing Keep records and reports shipshape — accurate, tidy, and ready when needed Provide peace of mind through timely, reliable reporting and reconciliations Spot opportunities to streamline, innovate, and help us raise the bar What You Bring 5+ years of hands‑on payroll experience (bonus points for high‑volume environments) A solid grip on payroll legislation, Fair Work, super, leave, and tax Experience with payroll and rostering systems (major advantage) Sharp attention to detail and strong MS Office skills The ability to stay cool under pressure and make the right call when it counts The Value You Can Add Play a key role in shaping a positive employee experience while ensuring accuracy and supporting our next phase of transformation.
