What You’ll Do Develop and maintain modern web applications and RESTful APIs. Build and integrate AI/ML features into front‑end and back‑end systems. Create intelligent tools from generative design aids to data‑driven recommendations. Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions. Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Implement scalable, automated CI/CD and testing processes. Collaborate in agile, cross‑functional teams across design and technology disciplines. What We’re Looking For You’re a creative problem solver who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and technology. You don’t need experience in architecture — just curiosity, adaptability, and a builder’s mindset. Core Technical Skills 5+ years of commercial full stack development experience. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, ES6/TypeScript, and responsive design. Solid experience with React (or similar frameworks). Backend development expertise in Python (FastAPI/Flask), .NET Core, or Node.js. Experience with RESTful APIs, relational and NoSQL databases, and version control. Understanding of scalable, modular, and maintainable code practices. AI/ML Integration Experience or strong interest in integrating AI/ML tools such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain. Exposure to generative design, intelligent search, or context‑aware applications is a plus. Mindset & Collaboration Curious, research‑oriented, and proactive in learning new technologies. Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and non‑technical discussions. Comfortable working both independently and within agile, multidisciplinary teams.
