Female Personal Care Worker

Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our team and provide non-medical care and support to clients in their homes throughout the community. As a PCA, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve by assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and promoting independence. Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Provide light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up living areas Prepare and serve meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences Support clients with medication reminders Offer companionship and emotional support Assist with errands and transportation to appointments as needed (if applicable) Maintain accurate documentation of care provided Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team Qualifications: Previous experience as a PCA, caregiver, or in a related field preferred (but not required) A genuine desire to help others and make a difference in their lives Ability to work independently and follow care plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if transportation is part of the role) Must pass background check and meet any state-specific requirements What We Offer: Competitive pay and potential for bonuses Paid training and ongoing support Meaningful work with opportunities for career growth Supportive and respectful team culture PPE provided and safety protocols in place Qualifications CERT 111 IN INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT OR EQUIVALENT #J-18808-Ljbffr
