We aim to attract and retain the best people regardless of their sex/gender, marital or parental status, ethnic origin, nationality, age, background, disability, sexual orientation, and gender identity.Job overview:Oliver Wyman is looking for a skilled project manager on a 6 month contract with knowledge and expertise in inclusion and culture topics to help us with the build out and implementation of our Inclusion and Culture strategy including key People Experience focused activities in Australia.This is a great opportunity to apply a task and finish approach making a long-lasting impact quickly.Key Responsibilities:In Partnership with Australian leadership, Global Director of People Experience and Executive Director of Talent, lead on defining and designing local application of our global people strategy with a particular emphasis on inclusion and culture topics Lead the design and implementation of a new governance structure and supporting delivery plan for inclusion and culture activities in Australia which is underpinned by a coherent communications and engagement strategy Working alongside MMC and OW Human Capital colleagues, advise and support in shaping our response to external policy drivers such as WGEA and Reconciliation Action plan expectations Co-design and deliver an engaging training curriculum Actively engage and manage key stakeholders, acting as a thought leader and partner to drive meaningful change and reinvigorate the agenda while embedding sustainable practices Contribute to the continual improvement of HC initiatives both regional and globally, often via working group representation on various HC and talent management initiatives. Experience required:Circa 8 years’ experience in human resources, ideally with background in people related project management, Inclusion and diversity, consulting/professional services firm. Experience in Inclusion and Diversity Experienced in delivering meaningful organisational change Flexibility across time zones Experienced project manager Experience working with employee-led groups (desirable) Skills and Attributes:Excellent communicator with strong relationship building, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strong attention to detail Flexibility across different tasks and responsive to dynamic business environment Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to tell compelling stories, bringing stakeholders on a journey with them Ability to move forward having consulted and considered various perspectives Creative and strategic thinker, who continually seeks ways to improve the way things are done, whilst acknowledging foundational work done by others Humility evidenced through asking for help when required and acknowledging when someone else is the expert in the room Solutions oriented with the ability to think clearly and logically within an ever-changing and fast paced environment. Proactive multi-tasker who is credible and highly professional. High intrinsic motivation and desire to succeed with ability to ‘roll up sleeves’ to get the job done. A high-performing team player able to function independently, but collaboratively.
