Job Type: Permanent position | Full time position Job Description About Child Campus: Child Campus is a leading provider of early childhood education and care in the Pilbara region. They offer both out-of-school hours care (OSHC) and long-day childcare programs. Their team is passionate about supporting children’s development, ensuring a safe and engaging environment, and helping parents balance work and family life. Key Responsibilities: Centre Manager / OSHC Coordinator / Lead Educator Lead and manage a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs. Oversee the day-to-day running of the centre and foster a safe, positive learning environment. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and educational policies and legislation. Build strong relationships with families, staff, and other stakeholders. Support professional development of staff to achieve team goals. Educator / Assistant Educator Plan and implement educational programs in collaboration with the team. Promote children’s health, safety, and wellbeing while maintaining compliance with policies and legislation. Foster an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Work cooperatively, ethically, and respectfully with colleagues and families. Qualifications & Experience: ACECQA-approved qualifications (Cert III, Cert IV, Diploma, or higher). First Aid certificate in Education and Care (or obtain within the first week of employment). Working with Children Check and Police Clearance required prior to commencement. Previous experience in early childhood education preferred. Leadership experience for managerial or lead educator positions.
