Scaffold Supervisor

KAEFER Integrated Services are currently looking for an experienced Scaffold Supervisor for a maximum term contract role at our Goonyella site on a 4/3 until 30th June 2026. The role will be 46 hours a week Monday - Thursday, with days 1–3 scheduled for 12 hour days and day 4 for 10 hours per day. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scaffold Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry is required. Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, construction and safety regulations, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, and the ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints are essential. Experience leading and motivating a team of scaffolders is also required. Responsibilities Supervise a team of scaffolders and ensure safe work practices are followed. Coordinate the delivery, installation, modification and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Monitor scaffolding equipment and materials, and order supplies as needed. Conduct site inspections and identify any safety or compliance issues. Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to scaffolding activities. Provide training and guidance to less experienced scaffolders. Qualifications and Certifications Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Scaffold Supervisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of scaffolding design, construction and safety regulations. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Experience leading and motivating a team of scaffolders. HRWL.
