Boutique Office Space - Beautifully designed office with up to date technology provided to you to help you succeed in your role The Opportunity Due to continuous growth, we have a unique opportunity for an experienced Client Services Manager (above market salary for the successful candidate ) to join our boutique financial planning and accounting firm on a full‑time basis. You will have previous experience working in a boutique firm environment completing advice implementation and have experience working with SMSF's. Responsibilities Your duties will include not be limited to - Maintaining the X-Plan database Attending and scheduling of client meetings, as well as planning presentations. Providing ongoing support to the Para planners and Advisers. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and respond to client queries where needed. Managing client reviews and reports. Implementing advice recommendations including the management of Insurance applications, share trading and managed funds. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders such as accountants and lawyers in order to provide your clients with the most optimal service. Skills and Qualifications Current RG146 compliance in Financial Planning and Superannuation Prior use of XPLAN - this is a must have Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with XPLAN, including portfolio management and reporting functions Minimum 5 years of financial planning administration experience - a must have Demonstrated client service management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven relationship‑building skills Ability to prioritise your workflow and work autonomously Strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word Must pass National Police Check and Reference Checks Demonstrated experience in SMSF administration and compliance requirements Apply Now If you are ready to excel with a fantastic business, please apply via SEEK with your resume and cover letter attached.
