Base Pay Range A$30.00/hr - A$45.00/hr About the Role We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented NOC Night Operator to join our growing team at SXP. This role operates on a rotating night shift roster, offering variety and flexibility while ensuring 24/7 coverage. Based in our brand-new, top-tier office in Parramatta – just a 10‑minute walk from Parramatta Square – you’ll play a critical role in supporting patrol operations and safeguarding the wellbeing of our field staff. It’s a dynamic, fast‑paced position where your decisions directly influence the safety of individuals and the satisfaction of our clients. Key Responsibilities Monitor staff welfare systems and elevate concerns per SOPs Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism Respond to alarms, dispatch guards, and manage bookings Escalate security events to clients and acknowledge emails promptly Monitor video alarm activity and follow site‑specific procedures Provide access control and remote arming services Arrange after‑hours emergency technicians Manage shift coverage and drop shifts Ensure accurate handovers between shifts Meet or exceed company SLAs through diligent task follow‑through What You’ll Bring 1E Security Licence (required or able to obtain) Experience in security, operations, or customer service Strong stakeholder management skills High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email Ability to work under pressure and autonomously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and results‑driven mindset Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver on expectations Why Join Us?
