As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will be instrumental in strengthening and growing our partnerships with major pharmacy groups and supporting the continued success of our brands. About the Role This full‑time position offers the opportunity to manage, support and grow key pharmacy accounts at both head office and store level. You will work collaboratively with our internal team and trade partners to deliver agreed business plans, implement promotional activity, manage ranging and compliance, and identify strategic opportunities. Experience working with large pharmacy groups—such as Chemist Warehouse, TerryWhite Chemmart, Priceline or other banner groups—would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Managing head office relationships with key pharmacy groups Presenting new product opportunities and business reviews Ensuring compliance to agreed ranging, planograms and promotional programs Analysing sales performance, reporting on key metrics and identifying growth opportunities Supporting the field team with execution and insights Working closely with trade partners to drive national brand performance Attending trade events, conferences and customer meetings across Australia About You You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment and bring a commercial mindset, strong stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for the pharmacy industry. What we are looking for Experience in Pharmacy Key Account Management or a senior Territory/Business Development role Existing relationships within Chemist Warehouse, TerryWhite, Priceline or other pharmacy groups (highly regarded) Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills Excellent analytical abilities and financial understanding Confidence working with data, market insights and CRM systems A proactive, solutions‑focused approach High levels of organisation and attention to detail Why Join Havenhall?
