IT Systems Officer We are looking for a proactive and adaptable IT Systems Officer to join our dynamic IT team. In this newly created role, you will play a key part in managing and supporting our IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical services, and enhancing our overall IT infrastructure. If you meet most of the criteria and are passionate about IT systems management, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not tick every box. Skills and Experience Strong computer troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems. Solid understanding of computer hardware and network concepts. Experience in setting up, configuring, and relocating IT equipment. Ability to administer and maintain a large-scale Microsoft 365 Hybrid environment. Experience managing and optimising M365 applications including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams. Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) strategies using Microsoft Intune. Ability to support intranet platforms and other business applications. Certificate IV in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Australian Citizen or permanent resident. It would be helpful, but is not essential, for you to have experience delivering end-user training, a current driver’s license and familiarity with IT security products such as CrowdStrike.
