Associate - Investment Banking, Private Equity, Direct Investment & Corporate Strategy at JS Careers JS Careers is partnering with a leading investment firm and is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Real Estate Private Equity team. Our client invests across major real estate sectors and geographies, acquiring and managing high-quality assets, platforms, and portfolios. The role offers broad exposure to the full investment lifecycle in a lean, high-performing team. Role Responsibilities Analysts work across multiple live transactions and asset management projects. You will be involved in end-to-end deal execution, including: Underwriting commercial property investments, including financial modelling and valuation work Supporting due diligence and transaction execution across various real estate asset classes Assisting with post-acquisition activities such as restructurings, refinancings, and disposals Contributing to value-creation initiatives, market analysis, and asset-level strategy Preparing internal and external materials, reports, and presentations Participating in meetings, negotiations, and site tours Candidate Requirements Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance 1-4 years’ experience in investment banking, or direct investment (real estate experience not necessary).
