This role sits at the centre of our workplace, shaping how employees, clients, and visitors experience our business every day. As an Experience Executive, you will support the Experience Manager to deliver a consistently high-quality office and visitor experience. Working closely with coordinators, cleaners, IT, and agency teams, you will help ensure our workplace operates at a high standard and reflects our reputation as a great place to work. What you will be doing Welcome and support visitors with warmth and professionalism Provide front-of-house cover and build relationships with regular visitors Help create an upbeat, inclusive environment for our people Coordinate meeting rooms, calendars, catering, and AV readiness Support internal events and special moments across the office Assist with office administration, couriers, calls, and new starter set-ups Monitor kitchens and amenities, escalating maintenance or cleaning issues Work with IT and facilities to resolve issues quickly Support health, safety, sustainability, and Fire Warden responsibilities (training provided) Qualifications Have experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, retail, airlines, hotels, or office support Take pride in presentation, organisation, and attention to detail Are proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused Stay calm and positive in fast-paced environments Communicate confidently with a wide range of stakeholders Are comfortable using technology and keen to keep learning We welcome applications from candidates with transferable experience, even if you do not meet every requirement.
