The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Interpreter or 2IC to join our parts team based in Taren Point. Reporting directly to the Parts Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all day‑to‑day tasks, including supervising our wholesale phone room and clerical staff. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, based in Taren Point. Duties include, but are not limited to: Overseeing phone room staff and answering phones Pays/timesheet approvals Stocking order processing Overseeing Taren Point parts department in the absence of the parts director Inventory management Stock reporting Overseeing processing of credits, damages and claims Preparing weekly & monthly reports System/database management Preparing and processing creditor invoices, debtor statements and monitoring outstanding accounts Managing administration staff & their workloads Working closely with the parts director in regard to running the parts department and providing other executive assistance as required About you: Previous experience in a similar role Must have previous Pentanna / ERA experience Previous experience as a senior interpreter, parts manager or 2IC Must have automotive experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work autonomously and with initiative Strong IT skills, including working in Excel spreadsheets and other internal databases Why Tynan?
