We specialise in high-quality residential and commercial projects across Sydney, delivering exceptional workmanship, safety, and customer service. We are looking for a qualified painter with 2 to 3 years of experience , strong technical knowledge, and excellent attention to detail. Duties and Responsibilities Reading blueprints, instructions, and specifications to determine the required scope of work. Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, cleaning, sanding, burning off, or washing down where required. Fixing woodwork, filling holes and cracks, smoothing surfaces, and repairing defects before painting. Selecting and preparing paints by mixing pigments, oil, thinners, and drying additives. Applying primers, paints, varnishes, stains, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment. Erecting scaffolding, ladders, and placing drop sheets to protect adjacent areas from splatter. Mixing paints and matching colours to ensure a high-quality finish. Calculating material quantities and maintaining proper stock levels. Cleaning tools, maintaining equipment, and ensuring work areas are left tidy. Delivering high-quality painting workmanship on all assigned projects. Adhering to all company policies, OHS requirements, and safety procedures. Requirements White Card (Construction Induction). Certificate III in Painting and Decorating. 2–3 years of experience in painting and decorating. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of safety procedures, ladders, scaffolding, and use of power tools.
