We're on the lookout for a dynamic

Senior Consultant

to join our Planning team in

Sydney CBD, NSW . Leveraging your technical expertise and proven skills, you'll support our clients by offering sound statutory and strategic urban planning advice and insights.You will:Provide a range of services including advice relating to land use, development capability, due diligence assessments, master plans, the approval process and management.Develop client relationships by building trust, providing quality advice and managing expectations.Write submissions, proposals and advice that accurately reflects the client's need.Manage small to medium size projects, including scoping and costing of projects, tracking job costs and coordinating consultants and sub-consultants as needed.Identify and raise issues which may impact fee estimates or timelines.Coach and develop team members.Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and support the Planning team's Business Plan.Who we are:Urbis is people focussed, and we want the best for our team, our clients, and our communities.
