We are now seeking a passionate and driven Full‑Time Sales Consultant for our North Lakes location. About the Role As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving product sales. Your responsibilities include: Product Sales & Customer Service Provide professional product recommendations Assist customers with their tech needs and deliver an exceptional in‑store experience Stay updated with the latest tech products and industry trends Store Presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store display Actively ensure promotional materials and product showcases are up to date Customer Interaction Help customers choose suitable products such as phone accessories, PC hardware, audio devices, gaming gear, lifestyle tech, and more Build strong customer relationships and promote repeat business (Note: Repair skills not required — this position focuses on sales.) We're Looking For Someone Who… Has a strong interest in electronics and technology Enjoys speaking with customers and providing personalized solutions Is proactive, confident, and results‑driven Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude Is eager to learn and improve continuously Works well in a team environment Preferred (But Not Essential) 1–2 years of experience in tech/retail sales Experience at JB Hi‑Fi, Officeworks, Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, or similar stores What We Offer Full‑Time Salary: $61,000 – $75,000 per year (based on experience) Monthly bonuses & performance incentives Work in a fun, modern, and tech‑focused environment Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company Supportive, friendly, and professional team culture Requirements Valid working rights in Australia Available to work full‑time at North Lakes (Westfield North Lakes) Must be 18+ years of age Location North Lakes — Westfield Shopping Centre Convenient and high‑traffic retail environment.Work location will be determined through mutual agreement between candidate and company #J-18808-Ljbffr
