Physiotherapist – Rapid Allied Health Service Location: Sunshine Hospital Employment Type: Part‑Time (24 hours/week), Fixed Term (until December 2026) Salary: Grade 3 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging The Grade 3 Physiotherapist will deliver clinical expertise to ensure excellence and best practice in patient care. This role is central to supporting high‑quality outcomes for Western Health at Home patients in the home and community environment through the Rapid Allied Health (RAH) service. The Physiotherapist will also provide leadership to the RAH team as part of the broader Western Health at Home service. Key Responsibilities Managing a clinical caseload and managing demand across the service; Improving service delivery, including system and process improvement; Providing leadership and support to Rapid Allied Health staff alongside the Service Manager; Developing staff and students, including direct supervision and training of Grade 1 and 2 Physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants; Coordinating student placements and tutorials; Serving as the key liaison point for internal and external referral services and community partners.
