About the Role Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. In this role you will: Find the best way forward for our residents and people Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met Inspire your team to perform and growBuild ties with the community to everyone's benefit You’ll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management.
