As part of the IT department, you will play a crucial role in providing essential desktop support within our innovative and fast‑paced environment. This permanent, full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to our ongoing success in the IT sector. If you are passionate about delivering top‑notch technical support and thrive in a collaborative setting, we encourage you to apply and be part of our dedicated team. Responsibilities: Provide a point of escalations for our IT Desktop Support team, and assist support on helpdesk Configure and manage network switches with VLANs and Wireless Access Point (WAP) controllers and plan rollouts and upgrades Secondarily available to support servers and high‑level systems as an overlapping role for continuity in critical infrastructure. Be responsible for providing technical support and incident management across technology areas and platforms. Full time onsite role based in Warriewood on Sydney's northern beaches. Desired Skills and Experience Our ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a System Administrator or similar role, including network administration. Confident with troubleshooting and problem solving for desktop, network, and server technologies. Proficient in using ticketing systems to manager workload Network administration experience, including WAN, WAPs, VLANs, Patching, Switches, DNS and DHCP servers and VPN Understanding of server technologies such as Hyper‑V, Clustering, Compellent storage and virtual machines Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, macOS, and IOS Hybrid Active Directory/Group policies Microsoft Office 365 Suite MDM solutions such as NinjaOne, Microsoft Intune, or Jamf Enterprise‑grade cybersecurity solutions Veeam backup ITIL process Experience with technical writing MS office 365 administration including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive Driver's license and car to travel to other sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
