About your new Role: As Manager, Digital Engagement, you will own the member experience across Brighter Super’s digital channels and products. This role is central to shaping and enhancing our digital ecosystem, ensuring the website and mobile app deliver seamless, intuitive, and insights‑led experiences. Success will be measured by improvements in member satisfaction, engagement, and outcomes, as well as growth in acquisition and retention. Working closely with Technology, Marketing, and Member Services, you will drive continuous improvement, optimise digital journeys, and ensure our digital platforms reflect Brighter Super’s member‑first ethos. Lead the optimisation of Brighter Super’s public website and mobile app, ensuring high-performing, accessible, and user-centred digital experiences that drive engagement and conversion. Oversee content architecture, CX design, and webpage development, ensuring new content and journeys are intuitive, compliant, and optimised for member needs. Partner closely with Technology, Product, Advice, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to embed digital best practice, deliver digital requirements, streamline processes, and champion continuous improvement. Use insights, analytics, research, and member feedback to drive enhancements that strengthen digital engagement, satisfaction, and overall performance. Support SEO and GEO strategies to improve visibility, discoverability, and organic performance across all digital channels. Collaborate on content strategy and delivery, ensuring members receive accurate, engaging, inclusive, and compliant information across the website and mobile app. Contribute to digital marketing initiatives that support acquisition, education, engagement, and brand-building objectives. Maintain strong digital governance and compliance frameworks, ensuring all digital touchpoints meet regulatory requirements, brand standards, and risk‑management expectations. About You: You are a strategic and analytical professional with a proven track record in digital delivery and customer experience. Energetic, adaptable, and collaborative, you thrive in dynamic environments where you can turn insights into action and deliver measurable outcomes. With strong commercial acumen and a member‑first mindset, you build trusted relationships across the business and lead with integrity. Your ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution makes you well‑suited to drive Brighter Super’s digital engagement agenda. Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in digital delivery, customer marketing, or digital experience roles. Strong understanding of digital channel capability and omnichannel experience design. Proficiency in web CMS, analytics, UX principles, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics). Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy, responsiveness, and integrity. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills to foster collaboration and trust across stakeholders. Sound commercial acumen with a focus on delivering in members’ best interests. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Working knowledge of financial services and superannuation, with commitment to ongoing professional development.
