The Workforce Culture and Capability Lead will ensure alignment with FRV's strategic priorities, focusing on high-performing, values-driven practices that support organisational excellence and community impact. What you will need to Succeed Bachelor degree in organisational development, human resources or related relevant field is required. Post graduate qualifications in organisational development or change management is desirable. Extensive experience in organisational development, culture, and employee engagement. Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing leadership and professional development programs. Proven capability in change management, including developing and embedding methodologies and coaching leaders.
