Claims Service Consultant Level 1 – Allianz Australia Multiple positions available. 4–6 weeks of hybrid training. Hybrid working environment. Ability to work a rotating roster between the hours of 8am‑6:30pm (local time based on your location) and a training roster from 9am‑5:30pm (AEST). Commencement date of 23rd February 2026. About The Role Managing a national based portfolio of motor claims and handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls. Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner. Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers. Understanding and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues. About You High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claim’s environment. Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable. Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
