Subject Matter Expert : Offer guidance on best practices in recruitment and workforce resourcing initiatives. Continuous Improvement : Collaborate with the People team to enhance recruitment processes and service standards. Networking : Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external organisations to attract talent. Talent Pool Management : Oversee talent pools and partner with managers for effective candidate assessments. Stakeholder Engagement : Develop strong relationships with internal teams like HR, IT, and Health & Wellbeing.
