If you thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy building relationships, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Provide comprehensive support to managers on recruitment and mobility options. Subject Matter Expert: Offer guidance on best practices in recruitment and workforce resourcing initiatives. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the People team to enhance recruitment processes and service standards. Networking: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external organisations to attract talent. Talent Pool Management: Oversee talent pools and partner with managers for effective candidate assessments. Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with internal teams like HR, IT, and Health & Wellbeing.
