We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Associate to join our Talent Acquisition team, focusing on business function hiring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting business/operation functions. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growth in these complex and fast-evolving markets. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business roles, with a focus on financial product teams including futures, derivatives, and quantitative etc. Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and team dynamics. Source, screen, and engage high-caliber candidates through various channels including direct sourcing, networking, and industry events. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for specialized financial roles. Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and facilitate offer negotiations. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational goals. Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence within the financial products and trading space. Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track hiring metrics and improve processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within financial services or fintech sectors. Proven experience recruiting for specialized financial roles. Strong understanding of financial products, trading strategies, and quantitative roles is highly preferred. Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Skills Experience recruiting in global markets. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in financial hiring. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
