Our Role As a result of our growth, we are searching for a Talent Acquisition Officer to join our People and Culture team to drive core recruitment actions and help build the next wave of talent. This is a new role in the organisation. From day one you will jump straight into active roles and partner with our team to deliver and execute key actions that support and enhance our talent pipeline. Responsibilities Drive end‑to‑end recruitment activities including ad development and posting, candidate filtering, phone screening, interviews, reference checks and pre‑employment checks. Build talent pipelines for key roles, ensuring active candidate pools ready to connect. Undertake market benchmarking and analysis, ensuring alignment to market and salary positioning. Contribute to and execute organisational onboarding actions. Partner with the People and Culture team to drive core engagement, learning and development actions aligned with EVP and People Strategy. Skills & Experience Recruitment background in tech, consulting, or professional services. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for day‑to‑day recruitment actions and talent pipelining. Strong recruiting capabilities with a focus on candidate experience. Desire to learn about our clients, industries, technologies, and certifications. Understanding and application of core HR/People and Culture functions. Commercial understanding of business profitability. Excellent communication – written, verbal, and presentation skills. High level of organisation, time management, and the ability to work proactively in a deadline‑driven environment. Self‑starting with the ability to drive your own actions while working as part of a team. High attention to detail and focus on polished delivery. Experience with Employment Hero desirable but not essential. Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done – a delivery‑focused role. Key Details Salary: $120,000.00 + 12% super. Location: Sydney. Hybrid model – minimum 3 days in the office, 2 days remote. Flexibility required for occasional additional office days.
