If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are currently seeking a talented and motivatedTalent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lumus Imaging. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in finding and attracting top talent to our organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and the organization. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be building relationships with candidates, colleagues, and external partners. Your ability to think strategically and work with a sense of urgency will be essential in meeting our talent acquisition goals. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities. Responsibilities Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Partner with hiring managers to provide excellent recruitment processes while managing a hire volume of roles Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on best recruitment practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills Previous experience recruiting in healthcare is an advantage Experience managing a high volume of roles High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring candidates Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies Ability to build relationships and network effectively Benefits and Wellbeing As part of working for Lumus Imaging, you will have access to a range of benefits including: Benefits platform - Reduce the impact of the cost of living with everyday savings with 500+ of Australia's most-loved brands, (from the weekly grocery shop to premium perks like holidays).
