We have an opportunity for 3 experienced recruiters to join our new inhouse Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll have the scope to influence how Talent Acquisition supports the business - and the freedom to make your mark. Play a key role in defining our recruitment approach and deliver real impact across the organisation Develop your skills using modern recruitment practices, state-of-the-art technology and continuous learning Own end-to-end recruitment for your portfolio, designing thoughtful sourcing and attraction strategies Leverage our new AI-powered Talent Intelligence platform, Eightfold , to enable smarter hiring and support internal mobility Build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers, becoming a strategic advisor who brings insight, empathy and expertise Champion a standout candidate experience where every interaction reflects our values Use market insights, data and trends to influence hiring decisions and support our long‑term talent strategy You’ll also have the chance to grow capability in one of three specialist areas: Employer branding & recruitment marketing Recruitment process and systems optimisation If you have strengths or passions in any of these areas, we'd love to hear about them in your application. About you We're looking for someone who brings energy, curiosity and a genuine passion for helping people find where they belong. Candidates must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position. You will have Experience in a fast‑paced recruitment role (internal or agency) A minimum of 3‑4 years' experience in recruitment Capability in building strong talent pipelines - across early careers, sales/business development or specialist/niche roles Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in people Strong problem‑solving skills and resilience in an agile and evolving environment A relationship‑driven approach, with the ability to collaborate across different teams, personalities and cultures Experience using a mix of attraction channels, including LinkedIn Confidence managing a varied portfolio of roles independently Creativity in using employer brand assets to elevate attraction Confidence learning new systems, tools and ways of working A passion for continuous improvement and adopting best‑practice TA methods Availability for a 12‑18 month contract duration What's in it for you Be part of a brand new inhouse talent acquisition team in Australia as well as a large forward thinking global talent acquisition community. Our commercial teams are located opposite our manufacturing plant on Talavera Road. From Field Sales, Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, Market Access, and Corporate Affairs to Distribution, Facility Management, Finance, Global Supply Chain, HR, IT, Manufacturing, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Quality Assurance they enjoy an open plan and agile office environment with collaborative spaces to create and share ideas.
