About The Role This full‑time position supports our rapidly expanding national healthcare portfolio, offering a hybrid work model that blends on‑site collaboration with the flexibility of dedicated work‑from‑home days. You will play a key role in establishing and strengthening the in‑house talent acquisition function, partnering with leaders across the country to attract and retain the right talent. Your focus will be on managing the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring candidates experience a seamless journey from application through to offer. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers nationwide to attract, recruit, and retain healthcare and corporate talent Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across diverse roles, from frontline care staff to leadership positions Build and maintain candidate pipelines to support future workforce needs Reduce time‑to‑fill through streamlined and automated processes Lead recruitment campaigns and sourcing strategies, including social media initiatives Provide coaching and guidance to managers on best‑practice acquisition approaches Ensure compliance with employment checks and sector requirements Contribute to HR projects and events that enhance talent attraction About You You are an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in healthcare or related care sectors. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment, are motivated by results, and enjoy building lasting professional relationships.
