Overview We’re looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a dynamic in-house recruitment role that combines high-volume hiring activity with strategic talent planning. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing unique candidates to scheduling interviews to interviewing candidates—and play a critical role in shaping workforce capability through skills gap analysis and planning. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management Coordinate all recruitment logistics including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and database management Proactively source and engage top talent, including hard-to-find niche skillsets, using a variety of sourcing strategies Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and provide tailored recruitment support Support the design and execution of workforce capability planning, including data-driven skills gap analysis for future hiring needs Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience Maintain accurate and timely candidate interview details within the ATS Requirements Experience in workforce planning and full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the IT sector Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable workforce insights Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proficiency with ATS, HRIS, and workforce planning software is highly desirable Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and a passion for recruitment A willingness to be part of the broader HR team Relevant qualifications in HR, Business, or related fields are advantageous Benefits Supportive, collaborative and respectful environment Culture that fosters learning and development through training and mentoring Opportunities for professional development and career advancement Great environment with regular staff events, free soft drinks, and breakfast Other Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Job function: Human Resources Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Missing Link.
