As we continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Recruiter to join our headquarters in Sydney. You will be joining a high performing talent team of over 30+ recruiters, with a team of 15 being based in Sydney. The role our Talent Team play in WiseTech: Our Talent Team play a crucial role in attracting top-tier talent worldwide. We go beyond traditional recruiting. We are strategic, knowledgeable partners who deeply understand the business. Our focus is on bringing in the best talent while setting both our teams and candidates up for long-term success. With 68% of our global team being focused on product development this is a huge area of focus for us. As a trusted talent partner to our Product leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, foster an exceptional candidate experience and ultimately align hiring outcomes with our overall business goals. You will leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market. To be a successful Technical Product Talent Partner at WiseTech you will have: 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience in a tech-focused environment Have recruited in the Product Management space before Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools Experience collaborating closely with senior hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates Experience working in a quality led environment Detail-oriented approach to identify only the very best talent Before You Apply: From time to time, WiseTech Global may use external service providers to assist us with assessing applications, including background checks, on our behalf.
