The Role Reporting to a highly supportive General Counsel, you will work alongside a team of several lawyers supported by a Legal Assistant and Paralegal. The team advises on a diverse range of matters, and your work may include: Commercial contracts (supply, procurement and general advisory) Regulatory matters Policy development (including privacy, modern slavery and other frameworks) Compliance reporting to internal stakeholders, including to the global parent company Property matters FIRB compliance Insurance matters Maintaining and updating a contracts register Opportunity to support major projects led by the General Counsel Litigation involving the organisation Delivering training to operational teams (including sales and marketing) on compliance topics This is a truly all‑rounder role – perfect for anyone seeking variety in their day‑to‑day work and looking to grow within an in‑house team. You’re either coming from an in‑house role with a broad skill set, or from private practice within a corporate/commercial, M&A, or property team. You bring strong analytical and communication skills. You’re able to deliver practical, solutions‑focused advice. You have a collaborative, low‑ego approach and a commercially minded outlook.
