SAP SuccessFactors Consultant for a Long-Term Project (x5 Roles) (Locations: VIC, TAS, SA) Advance Delivery Consulting is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our long-term project teams across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. Responsibilities Maintain a deep knowledge of the HCM system (SAP SuccessFactors) Manage changes requested by the business from both a technical and functional perspective Stay current on SAP system updates and apply changes to improve system performance Proactively seek, evaluate, and recommend innovative business solution tools to enhance HR service delivery Qualifications Strong experience working across SuccessFactors, with exposure to multiple modules advantageous Consulting, functional and technical experience in HCM Cloud/SAP SuccessFactors & SAP payroll Deep technical knowledge and understanding of current and future business processes for system implementation Excellent functional knowledge and gap analysis skills to understand business operations and provide optimal solutions Hands‑on configuration experience with in‑depth technical skills Excellent communication skills for liaising with the business 5‑7 years of experience in SAP HCM, with solid SAP HR and SuccessFactors background within an HR environment Job Details Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior; Employment Type: Full‑time; Job Function: Information Technology. #J-18808-Ljbffr
