About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced and motivated Nursing Executive Officer – Comprehensive Care & Clinical Projects to provide high‑level executive, strategic and operational support to the District Director of Nursing & Midwifery. This role is pivotal in shaping the strategic and operational initiatives across Nursing and Midwifery and Disaster Management functions within MLHD. As the Nursing Executive Officer, you will: Support system‑wide improvements by embedding effective business processes, reporting protocols and quality improvement frameworks. Lead and coordinate key projects within the Nursing & Midwifery directorate, including comprehensive care and priority program delivery. Drive high‑quality data and analytics practices by maintaining oversight of key indicators, producing timely insights, and informing executive decision‑making. Contribute to the review and refinement of policies, procedures, standards and governance frameworks across the directorate. Represent and promote Nursing & Midwifery services through the coordination of events, stakeholder engagement activities and communications. Operate at the centre of a fast‑paced, high‑impact team supporting the District Director of Nursing & Midwifery and the HSFAC across diverse priorities.
