About the Role: Domestic Assistance to upkeep of the home Providing personal care with activities of daily living Mobility support Maintaining and monitoring the client’s plan, including documentation and progress note keeping Liaising with clients, families and relevant professionals Maintaining privacy and dignity for the client and have respectful interactions. About you: Experience in Community Services, Individual Support and a genuine interest in empowering individual independence Ability to respectfully maintain our clients’ right to dignity, privacy & dignity of choice Certificate 3 in community services or individual support is highly desirable Hold Unrestricted Working with Children’s Check Current National Police Check, current First Aid and CPR Certificate Full Driver’s License and Own Car Comprehensive Car Insurance What we offer: Competitive Casual Hourly rate of $41.08 – $43.24 plus superannuation, where shifts are not regular or ongoing Employee wellbeing programs, professional development opportunities and free flu vaccinations.
