Care Connect are seeking motivated individuals to provide in home care to our Out of Hospital Care and Aged Care clients in Willoughby, Pennant Hills, Ku-ring-gai, Pymble and surrounding areas. As an industry leading and dynamic care provider, Care Connect's purpose is to enable people to live independently and safely at home for longer. Responsibilities of the Homecare Support Worker: Personal grooming and hygiene assistance including medication reminders Domestic duties including cleaning and laundry Food shopping, menu planning and meal preparation Mobility assistance within the home / local community Must possess strong care factor to prioritise client well-being Requirements of the role: Right to Workin Australia Driver's licence and own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance Police Check Working with Children Check First Aid and CPR certificate Minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations Certificate III (Aged Care / Individual Support OR Home and Community Care), OR Bach / Dip of Nursing (OR completed first-year study towards it) Minimum 3 months of paid experience working within the aged care or community care sector A fantastic attitude and genuine interest in helping others Other benefits: Part-time positions available, both qualified ($29.71 p / h) and unqualified ($27.89 p / h) positions $500 Joining Bonus paid after 3 months NFP Salary Packaging benefits as well as Meals & Entertainment Paid kilometres travelled between shifts of $0.96 per KM Discounted Health Insurance & wellbeing products Employee Assistance program Access to learning and development and professional development How to Apply: Care Connect is an inclusive, Equal Opportunity employer.
