In this role, you’ll: Build meaningful relationships with children and families, ensuring they feel informed and confident about the care and education their children receive Plan and set up engaging experiences that develop children’s individual skills and abilities Scaffold learning throughout the day using open-ended questions Embrace nature‑based learning and explore our natural world alongside the children Document learning moments through photos and videos as they naturally occur Contribute to weekly curriculum reports and planning cycles Participate in professional development to stay current with early childhood best practices What you’ll need Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards) Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) First Aid and CPR certification Understanding of the National Quality Standard (NQS) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Flexibility with work hours, including opening and closing shifts Strong written and verbal English skills for documentation and communication Passion for creating engaging play spaces based on children’s interests A nurturing personality and genuine love for working with children Ready to make a real difference?
