The Company is in search of a Head of Strategy to lead and drive growth initiatives across its two portfolio businesses. The successful candidate will be a highly strategic and commercially minded leader, responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities, shaping business priorities, and ensuring sustainable, top‑line growth. This hands‑on role involves leading strategic planning, partnering with senior leadership to create actionable plans, and overseeing various projects to unlock business potential. The Head of Strategy will also be tasked with managing and mentoring a team of strategy professionals, translating complex business problems into clear recommendations, and monitoring market trends to inform strategic decisions. Key requirements for the role include an extensive top‑tier strategy consulting background, strong commercial acumen, and a hands‑on approach to activating strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and developing high‑performing teams, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and drive alignment across teams.
