Specialising as a provider of Support At Home (SAH), Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and NDIS services, we are committed to delivering sensitive and respectful client‑centred care, offering a wide range of services such as complex care, high‑needs, personal care, respite, domestic assistance, and home maintenance in the comfort and privacy of the clients' homes. What You’ll Do: Assist clients with daily domestic tasks and care including cleaning, personal care, and hygiene. Build compassionate relationships and support clients in achieving their goals. Record client progress notes in mobile app. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in improving the lives of the elderly. Availability for regular shifts and a driver’s licence with access to a vehicle. Must have a current First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, and relevant checks.
