I-MED Radiology Network is Australia and New Zealand's largest diagnostic imaging network, offering medical imaging and radiology services including X-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures. About the role This is a Permanent Part Time position with hybrid work arrangements, including office days at our Mount Waverley location. You will work rotating shifts between 8am and 6pm, 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). The role is crucial for ensuring that our external referrers receive the necessary support and assistance to effectively use I-MED's medical imaging services. What you'll be doing Primarily focused on email and phone communication. Assisting referrers with troubleshooting simple IT issues and providing account support. Operating within a ticketing system to respond to issues and provide inbound support. Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and solutions provided. Providing training and guidance to referrers on using I-MED services effectively. Ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution. What we're looking for Strong customer service background, essential for interacting with referrers such as GPs and other medical professionals. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic IT troubleshooting abilities. Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously due to the nature of the role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
