Audience Engagement Project Manager (Street Team/Events Manager) Join NOVA Entertainment as an Audience Engagement Project Manager in the Audience Engagement team based in our South Melbourne studios. This role will commence in February 2026. Overview NOVA Entertainment is Australia’s fastest growing audio entertainment business, operating the Nova Network, Smooth FM, and other digital stations. The Audience Engagement team creates experiences for listeners and clients. Responsibilities Create, implement and manage on‑brand events. Coach & manage street promotional teams to deliver engaging, on‑brand activations. Engage with Sales teams to develop targeted client campaigns. Keep an eye on emerging trends within the events industry and partner with brands. Manage & implement station promotions including studio communications, content briefs, prize fulfilment, terms and conditions. Ensure all timelines are met and within budget for competitions and events. Think on your feet to troubleshoot and resolve challenges during live events and activations. Track and report on event performance, audience engagement, and key insights to improve future campaigns. Source, manage, and maintain event assets (signage, promotion gear, etc.). Ensure legal compliance: Terms & Conditions of competitions, licence authenticity, WHS assessments, and vehicle roadworthiness. Candidate Profile Experience organising events and promotions, ideally within media or a large events‑driven organisation. Strong understanding of brand representation in Melbourne market. Energetic, creative, solutions‑focused, thriving on deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a passion for media industry and brand work.
