Customer Service/Transport Administrator Middleton Logistics Pty Ltd – Dudley Park SA Adelaide family owned and operated; we are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Transport Administrator to join our team located at our Dudley Park site. The role will be the performing the administration day to day tasks involved in the administration/invoicing of container import/exports. Managing the day to day charging, wine orders and bookings. Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone or in person. Ensuring we are compliant to all industry requirements and regulations and customer requirements. Establish best practice in the role. About the Person: Good knowledge within the transport and logistics industry; Operational exposure to wharf cartage and/or container services; Excellent time management skills and the ability to priorities workloads; NHVAS Mass Management Knowledge advantageous; Proven experience in pricing customers logistics requirements. Ability to communicate effectively; Experience working as part of a team; A high level of Computer literacy; The ability to priorities and multi-task in a fast paced office; Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
