Continuous Improvement and Project Engineer Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking an experienced CI & Plant Engineer to support and enhance operations at our Wangara manufacturing site. Reporting to the Plant Manager , this role plays a key part in improving plant performance through capital project delivery, process optimisation, and hands‑on technical support. This role suits an engineer who enjoys being on the factory floor, working closely with production teams, and turning ideas into practical, measurable outcomes. What you'll be responsible for Capital Projects & Engineering Lead capital projects from scoping through to commissioning and handover Prepare CAPEX submissions and manage budgets, timelines, and contractors Ensure safe, compliant delivery of engineering projects Identify and reduce production bottlenecks, downtime, and waste Improve changeovers, equipment reliability, and process efficiency Support and embed lean manufacturing practices Champion new product and equipment commissioning Operational Support & Leadership Provide hands‑on technical troubleshooting and process support Develop and improve SOPs in collaboration with operators Build operator capability through training and competency frameworks Support daily production meetings with accurate performance data Safety & Quality Promote a strong safety culture and participate in incident investigations Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements About you You’ll bring A degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 5+ years' experience in an industrial, food or high-volume manufacturing environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability Clear communication skills and a practical, hands‑on approach Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project Deliver meaningful capital and continuous improvement projects Work closely with site leadership and influence plant performance Be part of a growing Australian FMCG manufacturer Full‑time, permanent role based in Wangara, WA Would you be ready to make an impact?
