Brewer – Tooheys Brewery Join us at Tooheys Brewery, a world‑class, highly automated brewhouse. We brew approximately 280 million litres annually across more than 88 SKUs, including iconic global brands like Heineken and Guinness. About the Role As a Brewer, you’ll support our brewing operations, quality, and process excellence. Reporting to the Team Leader and working with the brewing team, you will develop your technical skills and deepen your understanding of end‑to‑end brewing processes. This is a permanent, full‑time position based in Lidcombe. Shift pattern rotates weekly between mornings (6 am‑2 pm), afternoons (2 pm‑10 pm) and nights (10 pm‑6 am). Applicants must be willing to work all three shifts. Key Responsibilities Execute brewing operations, including fermentation, filtration, and packaging. Maintain and calibrate brewing equipment to ensure quality and consistency. Collaborate with the brewing team to improve processes and troubleshoot issues. Adhere to quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements Relevant brewing qualification or currently studying towards one (e.g., Brewing Degree or IBD Certificate). Passion for brewing science, continuous learning and quality craftsmanship. Curiosity, collaborative mindset and drive to improve processes. Motivated to grow into a future Technical Brewer or Team Leader.
