Join Our Team as an Awards, Exhibition & Sponsorship Coordinator Casual: 12 Hours per Week: 4 Hours per Day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (School-Friendly Hours: 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM or 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Location: Remote (Melbourne-based candidates preferred for occasional team meetings) Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for event coordination and sponsorship management? We are seeking an enthusiastic Awards, Exhibition & Sponsorship Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the success of our events. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities Exhibition & Sponsorship Sales and Management: Oversee the exhibition and sponsorship aspects of our events, including the compilation of sponsorship prospectuses and actively selling sponsorship opportunities. Collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager to strengthen overarching partnerships. Awards Program Coordination: Work with our committee to coordinate the awards programming, including judging and promotion. Collaborate with the Marketing & Events Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of the awards process. Event Administration Logistics: Assist with the onsite logistics and delivery of two major annual events—a conference and an awards ceremony. This role will require travel, but rest assured, we plan well in advance for optimal organization. Additionally, support smaller events as needed, acting as a key partner in our small event delivery team. Webinar and Meeting Coordination: Organize webinars, meetings, and forums as required to engage our community and promote our initiatives. Time Management and Multitasking: Demonstrate exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prioritize tasks and adapt to changing demands with ease.
