Leaps and Bounds Capel OSHC is on the look out for a passionate, reliable and child-focused Educator to join our team on a casual basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships with children, supporting their development, and contributing to a positive, fun and safe environment. What We’re Looking For: Genuine passion for working with children aged 4-12 Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude, reliability and initiative Ability to build safe, inclusive and engaging experiences for all children Great understanding regarding child safety Desirable Experience: Previous experience in OSHC, childcare, education, babysitting or similar settings Confidence in leading activities and supervising groups of children Qualifications are not necessary, however are highly regarded. Applicant will have, or will be willing to obtain a working with children check and complete all mandatory child protection training. Applicants must have the ability to work split shifts during school terms (7am-9am / 1.30pm-6pm) with longer shifts available during school holiday periods. We are a supportive and close knit team, with above award pay and continuous opportunities for professional development.
