Commitment to Safety: We prioritize child safety and trust that you share this essential value. Qualifications Experience in OSHC, childcare, education, or babysitting is a plus, but not mandatory. Confidence in leading activities and supervising groups of children sets you apart. Although formal qualifications are appreciated, they are not a prerequisite. We require applicants to either have or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and complete all mandatory child protection training. Flexible Working Hours: We need dedicated individuals who can work split shifts during school terms (7 AM - 9 AM / 1:30 PM - 6 PM), with opportunities for longer shifts during school holidays.
